Homecoming Magic

Homecoming at Eastmont Senior High turned into a great time after staff removed quadrants.

Students had to sign up for quadrants online for homecoming , causing a big upset between students since they will not be able to be with all their friends. Later in the week the quadrants rule was waved and saved homecoming.

Dominic, a Senior, was interviewed and asked why was homecoming a big deal, he said “It was a big deal because it was my last year in high school and I want to do everything I can for my last year.”

Xavier, a Junior, was asked what he thought of homecoming, “Homecoming was pretty fun. It was just a little cold that day. It was also very dark because they didn’t have lights since it was outside. The music was not what I was expecting. I still had lots of fun with my girlfriend.”

Even though the school cancelled the quadrants people still had to wear face masks and be 6ft apart but that didn’t stop people from having fun with their friends. At the end of the night everyone that went to homecoming had a magical night with the person they went with.
