Christmas is a very popular holiday that many families celebrate all around the world. Most families have certain traditions that they carry out each year.

A sophomore said that “my family always gets together for a family dinner on Christmas Eve.”

Christmas Eve being the night before Christmas day is a very popular time to have get-togethers with family and friends before the big day.

A junior basketball player stated, “My grandma always makes the best cookies and my family and I always look forward to indulging in them.”

Christmas cookies are delicious and are fun to bake and decorate with friends and family during the holidays.

Lastly, a senior when asked about her family’s traditions stated, “My family and I always get together to go out to find a Christmas tree to bring back home to decorate.”

Christmas is a joyful holiday that many students at EHS have annual traditions for each year. While there are only three traditions stated, the possibilities are endless for fun traditions that any family can pick up to implement into their Christmas celebration.
