The Eastmont Wildcats football team will face its greatest challenge on October 18, 2024, when it faces the Moses Lakes Mavericks.
Eastmont´s game plan going into the game on the defense´s side ¨is to stop the Maverick’s passing game,¨ according to Junior linebacker Conner Schwab.
Head Coach Jay Foster added, ¨We´re going to play this game as a football game, not a track meet.¨
Coach Foster wants to see a lot of bodies on each other and not allow the other team to score on the team.
On the offensive side, they are making new plays to gain more yardage. Both sides of the ball are very determined to win this ball game because it is an all-conference game title.
Coach Foster said, ¨We are going to make Moses play in our game, not their game.¨
Eastmont Wildcats are 5-1 and the Moses Lake Mavericks are 5-1 this season, meaning both of the teams will make or break their season with this game.
