Dax Dickson, a junior at Eastmont High School, is a very talented, multi-sport athlete. He was a state wrestler his sophomore year with an insane win-loss record of 38-10 throughout the season and post-season. He has high expectations in wrestling this upcoming season.

Dax has the goal of “Placing top 5 in the State Tournament this year.”

That’s not all though, he also plays varsity football as a captain. He is a wing and tight-end and has the most touchdowns on the team through 6 games with 4 touchdowns along with 113 yards on 27 carries. He also leads the team in receiving yards in a very run-dominant offense with 4 receptions and 95 yards. His goal for football is to “Keep scoring touchdowns and win the League Title.”

But that’s just the start, Dax is great at football and wrestling, but his most impressive achievements come in rugby. Dax plays Rugby for the SchoolHouse Rugby team. He is not only a leader of the team, but he also leads the team in tries (scores).

He was also selected for 2 prestigious teams; the PNW Loggers and Eira. Dax was selected for and is playing for the North American Lions Elite Travel Team which is made up of athletes from the US and Canada. He is flying to Dubai in November for the Dubai Invitational which is the largest mass-participation 7’s rugby tournament in the world! He says he “Is very excited to participate in such prestigious rugby tournaments and be selected for such skilled teams”

Dax is an amazing athlete and just an overall leader.
