On Saturday, November 23rd, Mission ridge opened for skiers and snowboarders. Mission Ridge is celebrated for its blend of natural beauty and exhilarating slopes. Perched at an elevation of 6,820 feet, the resort boasts over 2,000 acres of skiable terrain and a vertical drop of 2,250 feet. It features 36 designated runs, ranging from beginner slopes to challenging black diamonds for experienced skiers and snowboarders.
One of the resort’s stand out features is its famous “Cascade Concrete,” a mix of light, dry powder and firmer snow that ensures reliable skiing conditions throughout the season. Thanks to its location on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountains, Mission Ridge also benefits from over 300 days of sunshine each year, making it one of the sunniest and best ski resorts in the region.
