Eastmont varsity track and field has an exciting meet against the entire district at Eisenhower High School this week, Friday, May 16, 2025. Peyton Zelenski, a sophmore varsity sprinter in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and 4x100m, has this to say about the meet, “It’s going to be a fun meet because every school in our district is there, so there is going to be good competition and I think our team (Eastmont) will do really well.” Conner Schwab, a junior who broke the shot put record for Eastmont with 54 feet and 3.25 inches, and does discus, says, “I’m very excited, this is my favorite meet because there is a throwers relay, it is a 4x100m relay for throwers.” Eastmont track and field has an exciting meet to look forward to, and good luck to our Wildcats!
