Noell may have been born in Anchorage, Alaska, but he still found his way out of the boonies and ended up as our principal here in East Wenatchee, Washington.

You might believe that Noell would have graduated from Eastmont because of his excessive pride, but nope, he’s actually a Panther. He grabbed his diploma from Wenatchee High School in 1990.
- What’s In A Name?
Although everywhere shows Principal Noell’s first name as Lance, that isn’t actually what his real name is. Not even he knew what his real name was until he was in 7th or 8th grade. “An office lady saw my birth certificate and told me,” says Noell. His first name is actually what he thought his middle name was. Noell was named Fred Lance Noell after his grandpa Fred.
