The Career Fair is an event at Eastmont High School. Many different companies or colleges show up at our gym and set up booths; some are invited, and some specifically ask to be there. There were around 80-87 vendors in the year 2026, and nearly every college in the area was represented at Eastmont High School’s career fair. 

There are a lot of opinions on the fair, but every teacher I have asked has said that it is wonderful that the school is helping students past high school now. Previously, school taught you the basics and then put you out into the world, but how are you meant to know how to apply for a job, get into university, or pursue the path you want to go down? In recent years, schools have been doing more and more to teach high school students how to pursue any path that they desire. Eastmont High School is one of those schools that has started to offer more and more support to kids as they apply for scholarships and universities, or for jobs for those who choose not to go to college. 

The Career Fair is one of the ways Eastmont High School offers resources to students. By walking around the fair, you can meet with people from many different career paths and learn about what you may want to do or paths you already have an interest in, and learn about how to get there. So, find a summer job or maybe just learn something fun about a career that you maybe did not have known about previously. The Eastmont High School Career Fair has something for everyone.

You can find most colleges and universities from around Washington state at the Eastmont High School career fair and gather information about campus life and programs, or anything else you may want to know about a college or university. The vendors at the booth will know everything you need to know about the particular college or university, including requirements and upcoming events regarding admission, or what programs are available or will be offered in the near future.

The best part about the Eastmont High School career fair is that you can guarantee everything is local. Every job offer or path is straight from our very own Wenatchee Valley. The colleges and universities there are all from Washington State. Eastmont High School invites all the universities from the state, and most of them end up appearing to recruit new students. The Eastmont High School career fair is truly a wonderful opportunity for all students.
