Recently, the game Forza Horizon 6 (FH6) was released to the public on May 19th. The game is the newest member of the Forza Horizon series, going all the way back to the XBOX 360. FH6 takes place in Japan. There are cherry blossom trees everywhere, along with the stunning graphics that come with modern games. The game has over 550 total playable cars at release, with more coming in later updates.
With the new game has come a lot of new features and improvements. Some of the new features include the ability to have your assistant, Anna, to automatically drive your car to the set destination, Fast travel being available to all the places you have already gone before, but for free, being able to find cars for sale on the sides of roads for typically cheaper prices than those in the autoshow, time attack races, where you can race indefinitely, and touge races. The most notable improvements from older games like Forza Horizon 4 include: better tire smoke quality, improved steering and realism, overall better graphics that introduce stunning quality along with great performance, even for older computers, and better upgrades and tuning options for your vehicles.
Forza Horizon 6 also introduces some really cool races that you can do that we have not seen before in other FH games. The most notable one of these games is the race against the life-size Gundam robot. There is also a race where you are speeding next to a giant rocket ship that is flying into the sky. There are more, but I have not unlocked those yet.
Overall, the game is amazing! The graphics are insane without sacrificing performance to achieve them. The races are fun and do not get boring quickly (other than the green bracelet qualifier). There are also a lot of other cool things to do in-game that I will not be spoiling in this article. The game costs ~$70 for the base version, but personally, after buying the base version, I paid for the DLCs I didn’t get before, which made it end up at around ~$113 for me. But it is definitely worth the cost! The car in the picture is my Mazda MX-5 Miata ‘94 FE. So, yes, Forza Horizon 6 is straight heat! Are you gonna cop it for yourself?
